Who we are

What we process, why and for how long

| An encrypted code of your IP address | Limiting abuse: at most 3 conversations per day. We do not store your IP address itself. The code changes every day. | 7 days. |

The legal basis is your consent (for the email address) and our legitimate interest (for the conversation and limiting abuse). Please do not enter personal data of other people in the intake.
Who else processes your data
- Our hosting provider. The website and database run on a server in Finland (EU).
- A language model provider. It processes the text of your answers to create the next questions and the outcome. This processing can take place outside the EU, including in the United States. We have agreed to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for this. The provider does not use your data to train models.
- Our email provider. It sends the email with the outcome.
We do not sell your data and we use no tracking cookies on this website.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email rbvbaaren@gmail.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
