How a pilot runs
One process, one input source, one month. During the pilot a person approves everything.
Week 1: intake and build
You describe your process, systems and exceptions. We measure how long the work takes now and build the agent.
Weeks 2-3: running alongside
The agent processes real input. A person approves every result. We improve the agent on every correction.
Week 4: measure
We measure again and compare with week 1. You get the savings in hours, FTE and euros, and a proposal for what comes next.
After the pilot the agent handles everything it is sure about. When in doubt, it asks a person.

Founding pilot
€1950 one month
For our first 3 customers. A working agent for one process, measured before and after. In return we ask for feedback and a case study. After that a pilot costs €4500.
